Hotel Operation Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel Operation Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh, responsible for overseeing daily hotel functions across front office, housekeeping and guest services. The role ensures high service standards, smooth coordination of staff, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and guest services.
• Coordinate staff schedules, monitor performance and support training initiatives.
• Handle guest inquiries and escalations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue‑related metrics and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent, professional guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills: team leadership, performance monitoring, staff development.
• Solid operations and operations‑management experience in hospitality.
• Good analytical abilities to interpret data, identify issues and propose improvements.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues and management.
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and other required hours.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in basic office software and hotel management systems; knowledge of local language(s) and English is an advantage.
