Senior Executive, Event and CSR

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead our event and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You will shape digital marketing content, promote our brand, and orchestrate a variety of events that engage virtual and physical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce digital marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Design, organize, and execute exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, fundraising activities, and social gatherings.
• Launch online marketing campaigns to boost engagement on social media platforms.
• Analyze end‑to‑end customer experiences across multiple channels and touch points.
• Collaborate with press contacts to gather and report information that enhances brand awareness.
• Draft press releases and media announcements and distribute them to agencies.
• Work with internal teams to translate trends and insights into actionable digital marketing activities.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for digital marketing campaigns.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing communications.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading) and Khmer.
