Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute the marketing strategy for our site, lead and coach the marketing team, and ensure the high standards we set are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control annual marketing budgets, including labour costs, to maximise efficiency.
• Coach marketing staff, set clear goals, and drive performance.
• Research industry trends, competitors and demographic factors to capture opportunities.
• Align department strategies with overall company objectives and build strong internal relationships.
• Execute and revise policies and procedures to achieve profit and volume targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience leading a marketing team focused on the Vietnamese market.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on CTA and customer‑base growth.
• Previous hospitality or entertainment industry experience in Southeast Asia.
