Senior Business Development Manager – Cambodia

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in Cambodia for an international packaging solutions provider. Based in the Kombol District of Phnom Penh, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting senior decision‑makers to closing deals across RFID, packaging, trims and related apparel products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new garment manufacturers, vendors, factories and sourcing organisations in Cambodia.
• Expand existing strategic accounts and convert untapped opportunities into revenue.
• Drive sales of RFID‑enabled solutions, labels, packaging and apparel accessories.
• Collaborate with regional teams in Korea, Vietnam and other markets on cross‑border accounts.
• Maintain a pipeline, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide market feedback to shape product development and regional strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the apparel, consumer goods or packaging sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, self‑motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent networking skills with senior‑level contacts in manufacturing ecosystems.
• Comfort operating in an international, multi‑cultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Khmer language skills are a plus.
