Sales Supervisor Internship – Prey Veng

About the role

The Sales Supervisor (Prey Veng) internship is an on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. The intern will support daily sales operations in the Prey Veng area, coordinating with sales representatives, monitoring performance, and assisting with promotions and trade activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers together with the sales team and ensure proper product display and availability.
• Gather market and competitor information to support sales strategies.
• Help resolve customer service issues and maintain strong retailer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with training activities for field staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance and evaluating market data.
• Team management and training abilities to guide field staff and coordinate activities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
• Interest in FMCG distribution and willingness to work on‑site in Prey Veng and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work under supervision, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Relevant coursework in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field is an advantage.
