Senior Brand Manager – Tiger

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager for the Tiger portfolio will own the overall brand strategy, driving profit, volume, market share and equity objectives. You will work cross‑functionally to translate consumer insights into compelling commercial plans while embedding sustainability and responsible consumption into every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the commercial plan for the assigned brand, leveraging consumer and customer insights and category performance data.
• Plan and manage all brand communications and media activities across ATL, BTL, digital, online and social channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, steer product innovation and oversee new product launches.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales to design consumer promotion programs that meet sales targets and brand power KPIs.
• Drive a performance‑focused culture, championing talent development, inclusion and diversity.
• Deliver brand revenue within the allocated budget, continuously seeking cost efficiencies and savings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of brand or marketing experience with a proven track record in project management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Resilient, confident and self‑motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
• Passion for building brands and achieving measurable performance results.
