Senior Audit Associate

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Senior Audit Associate to join its Audit service line in Phnom Penh. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them meet regulatory standards while delivering high‑quality audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit fieldwork, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and Deloitte’s quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate key risks, and ensure audit engagements meet regulatory and client expectations.
• Provide guidance, direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Perform a variety of audit and testing procedures across multiple industries.
• Execute additional duties within the scope of practice as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant audit experience with a solid understanding of audit methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building productive relationships.
