Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chrouy Changva. The role oversees daily sales activities, manages a sales team, sets targets and monitors performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate customer visits and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities, analyse market trends and review sales reports to identify new business segments in heavy equipment and related services.
• Coach, train and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to sales processes.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to deliver quality customer service.
• Report regularly to management on sales results, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong team‑management and training abilities to lead a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for engaging clients and understanding their needs.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data and assess market opportunities.
• Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, machinery or industrial products.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chrouy Changva and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office software and sales reporting tools.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
