Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily sales operations for Chery in Phnom Penh, ensuring the team meets targets while delivering high‑quality customer service. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving market share, coaching staff, and supporting cross‑functional sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics and analyse sales data to guide decision‑making.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Coach, train and motivate the sales team, handling escalated customer issues.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics and other departments for sales campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and track performance.
• Proven team‑management and training experience, preferably in automotive or retail sales.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
