Customer Relations Manager

About the role

The Customer Relations Manager will lead the customer service function for Automotive Advance Group in Phnom Penh, ensuring high‑quality support and positive experiences for our clients. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, service and management teams to drive retention and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Manage communication across phone, email, chat and social channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, service and management to improve processes and develop retention strategies.
• Implement customer feedback programs and support loyalty initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Train and guide customer‑facing staff on best practices.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand reputation.

Required profile

• Strong customer service, relationship management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience in communication, negotiation and problem‑solving in a customer‑facing role.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Khmer is an advantage.
• Previous experience in automotive, retail or service industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
