Sales Specialist – Healthcare Products

About the role

MEDEX CO., LTD is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to promote its health‑related product portfolio in Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, you will work on‑site to generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and help the company achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the healthcare market.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on inquiries in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and support customer education.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports.
• Assist sales management in planning and executing sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience delivering product training or demonstrations.
• Background in sales coordination or management is a plus.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical products, or related industries is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
