About the role
The Sales Supervisor – Key Accounts will actively pitch and secure high‑volume procurement contracts across institutional channels such as private corporations, SMEs, NGOs, and educational organisations in Cambodia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual sales budget, reforecast quarterly sales and estimate month‑to‑date sales.
- Create annual order plans and reforecast monthly actual orders.
- Initiate and implement route‑to‑market and penetration strategies for each brand and product line.
- Provide regular competitor updates and propose proactive strategies.
- Identify, pitch and secure bulk procurement orders from institutional clients.
- Manage, mentor and evaluate direct reports, providing on‑job training and site support.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, key account or institutional sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
- Good understanding of the Cambodian market.
- Leadership and team‑management experience.
- Experience in PC, IT or technology sales is an advantage.
