Sales Specialist (Consumer Goods)

About the role

CP&A Trading International is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its team in Doun Penh. You will identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help the company meet its revenue targets in the consumer‑goods market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Cambodian market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Deliver product training sessions to clients as needed.
• Support sales management initiatives and collaborate with the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales‑management.
• Experience delivering training to clients or team members.
• Proactive, goal‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in consumer goods or a related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
