Sales Project Manager – CCTV & Weak Current Solutions

About the role

The Sales Project Manager will drive project‑based sales within the CCTV and weak‑current market, building and maintaining a full‑link customer network. You will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets by managing projects from inception to delivery, coordinating across departments, and promoting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with project consultants, system integrators and end‑customers, focusing on banking, commercial office, residential and government sectors.
• Monitor project progress in real time, manage key milestones such as demand docking, solution design, contract signing, delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate internal resources—including technology, product, and logistics teams—to ensure on‑time, quality project delivery.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer support covering pre‑sales analysis, solution consultation, product demos, contract negotiation, order follow‑up, and after‑sales technical assistance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and execute new‑product promotion strategies aligned with market dynamics.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as product recommendation sessions, industry exhibitions and customer visits, tracking measurable outcomes and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project sales experience in the CCTV/weak‑current industry with a proven record of participating in electrical‑system projects.
• Established high‑quality customer resources in banking, commercial office, residential or government channels.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve annual project sales targets and strong market development capabilities.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Previous experience with companies such as Hikvision, UNV, Tiandy, Safety Plus, etc., is preferred.
