Sales Order Management Executive

About the role

The Sales Order Management Executive is responsible for turning confirmed sales orders into efficient delivery plans, ensuring on‑time and in‑full product delivery to customers. This role acts as the bridge between sales, logistics distributors, and the delivery team, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly delivery plans that optimise route and truck utilisation.
• Manage orders sent to third‑party logistics distributors and follow up to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor order‑to‑delivery performance (OTIF) and resolve exceptions such as stock shortages or delivery delays.
• Communicate delivery commitments, changes, and issues clearly to sales, delivery teams, and customers.
• Maintain accurate order and delivery records and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities to convert orders into executable delivery plans.
• High attention to detail for accurate order entry, SKU, quantity and address verification.
• Effective communication skills, especially under time pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday (two Saturdays off per month) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
