Sales Manager (Wholesale)

About the role

Accor is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager in Phnom Penh. The role develops and executes strategic sales plans to reach leisure revenue and room-night targets, and builds and expands relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and luxury travel advisors in local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve leisure revenue and room night targets.
• Build, maintain and expand relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and luxury travel advisors locally and internationally.
• Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities to grow market share.
• Carry out regular sales calls, presentations, client entertainments and site inspections.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, roadshows and networking events.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and business agreements while maximising hotel profitability.
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations teams on guest experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to shape sales strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business plans to support revenue goals.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the leisure travel segment and luxury travel distribution channels.
• An existing network with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators and luxury travel advisors is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Cambodia, regional and international leisure travel markets preferred.
