Sales Executive - Hotel Sales

About the role

Accor is looking for a Sales Executive in Phnom Penh to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, government organisations and key business partners. The role also involves generating leads, supporting revenue targets and working closely with the hotel's internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, government organisations and key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximise hotel revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client meetings and presentations.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and preparing proposals for clients.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve room nights, banquet and catering revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions and client entertainment activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities within assigned segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Phnom Penh hospitality market is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of English; Khmer and other languages are an advantage.
