Sales Consultant – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering a premium ownership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts (walk‑ins, calls, online inquiries) and keep the customer database up to date.
• Present and sell multi‑brand vehicles, identify prospects, schedule appointments and follow up to close deals quickly.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts in line with company procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and sales tools, resolve client concerns, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales and market reports, track promotions, pricing and product updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of car structure and operation principles.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, specifically in the automobile industry.
• Familiarity with the Cambodian car market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet and email tools.
