Reporting Officer

About the role

The Reporting Officer will support the procurement and logistics functions by assisting in market exploration, supplier management, and documentation. This position ensures that goods and services are sourced, quoted, and delivered in line with company policies and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets for goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions, and payment terms.
• Gather supplier quotes, perform quote analysis, and prepare documentation for management approval.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
• Update and maintain supplier databases, including pricing, contacts, and addresses.
• Resolve issues such as defects, damages, or returns of goods.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders, and contracts for departmental approval.
• Collaborate with transport agents and customs departments to manage shipments and customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management, and customs clearance, preferably with exposure to the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of procurement regulations, customs procedures, and tax provisions in Cambodia.
• Strong teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.
