Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will oversee an assigned portfolio of corporate and financial institution (FIG) loan customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring credit quality. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with global relationship managers and internal partners to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate and FIG loan customers, preparing sales pitches and indicative term sheets.
• Facilitate deal referrals with global relationship managers for cash management and credit solutions.
• Prepare and submit credit proposals in line with risk policies, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, document compliance, covenant adherence, and facility utilization.
• Conduct KYC and due‑diligence for new and existing clients.
• Cross‑sell cash management, trade finance and other banking products to improve revenue per client.
• Coordinate referrals to relevant business units and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Promote teamwork and handle ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably corporate or FIG coverage.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented, resourceful, with a solid network for identifying business opportunities.
