Relationship Manager – Client‑Focused Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused Relationship Manager to join our growing financial services team. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long‑term relationships with both individual and corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products and wealth solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products to deliver informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions for clients.
• Achieve individual and team business development targets.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry (banking, wealth management, insurance, investment advisory, trust services, or securities).
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of a range of financial products, including investments, insurance, wealth management, lending, and trust solutions.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Leadership or team‑management experience is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
