Associate Manager, Funding

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Funding to manage and monitor the bank’s fund sources and usage, prepare cash flow projections, and maximize income through effective fund management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the bank’s source & use of funds
• Prepare cash flow projections and other reports for the Management Team
• Manage the bank’s fund efficiently to maximize income
• Engage with financial institutions for money‑market placement & borrowing
• Build and maintain relationships with interbank counterparties and overseas investors
• Process and monitor money‑market limits with financial institutions
• Monitor LCR ratio and other statutory requirements, performing simulations as needed
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing due‑diligence of counterparties
• Perform regular market interest‑rate surveys
• Prepare and review treasury policies and procedures
• Manage Nostro/Vostro account relationships

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance
• At least 4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of bank account and KYC processes with compliance
• Experience working in treasury functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships
