Relationship Manager – Business Lending

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Business Lending will drive the bank’s SME and corporate loan portfolio by executing sales strategies, promoting loan products, and ensuring high‑quality credit assessments. This role is based at the Head Office in Phnom Penh and works closely with internal stakeholders to meet lending targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SME loan sales strategies to achieve annual lending goals.
• Promote SME and corporate loan products to targeted business partners on a daily basis.
• Grow the SME loan portfolio while maintaining compliance with credit policies.
• Monitor loan performance daily and recommend improvements.
• Oversee credit reviews, extensions, and timely submission of assessments.
• Accelerate the loan approval process and coordinate with stakeholders to manage non‑performing loans (NPL) and write‑offs (LWO).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in SME lending.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with SME clients.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
• High professionalism, integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the branch network.
