Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Phnom Penh

About the role

The Recruiter role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both academic and non‑academic positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Develop and post job advertisements in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and keep recruitment data and reports up to date.
• Coordinate assessment processes, onboarding activities, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, local regulations, and ELT’s focus on people capability development.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to conduct fair, structured interviews and evaluate candidates against competencies and fit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good command of English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and basic HR systems.
