HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, responsible for overseeing daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labour regulations.
• Support managers with performance management, employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR generalist in a fast‑paced environment, preferably food & beverage or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate cross‑functionally and support a diverse, inclusive workforce.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
