Quality Assurance and Deployment Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Deployment Officer to ensure our software products meet all internal and external standards before reaching customers. The role combines rigorous testing, defect analysis and documentation to support high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all external and internal requirements are satisfied prior to product delivery.
• Inspect procedures and outputs, identifying non‑conformities and mistakes.
• Define and maintain appropriate quality standards and parameters for each product.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze bugs, defects and recurring issues across multiple products, propose and facilitate corrective actions.
• Report malfunctions to production executives for immediate resolution.
• Maintain quality reports, statistical reviews and related documentation.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• BSc degree in IT, MIS or a related field.
• Experience in backend development or a comparable software engineering role.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in preparing documentation and user guides.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and as part of a team.
