Product Support Intern

About the role

Join the GrabMart & GrabMall team as a Product Support Intern, where you will help test, roll out, and improve digital commerce products. You will work closely with the Senior Product Specialist and cross‑functional teams to ensure new features meet seller and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, executing cases, recording results, and flagging issues.
• Coordinate with regional product, operations, and commercial stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
• Assist rollout preparation, maintaining trackers, checklists, communication materials, FAQs, and post‑launch follow‑up.
• Help create and share product updates, testing instructions, and rollout timelines with relevant teams.
• Monitor basic product performance and operational feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Support experiments, market research, user interviews, and documentation under the Senior Product Specialist.
• Prepare progress updates and maintain accurate records of testing results, open issues, decisions, and actions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Product Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital products, e‑commerce, technology and delivery platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail when testing product flows and documenting issues.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, able to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
