Associate, Insight and Analysis (Mobility)

About the role

You will join Grab Cambodia's Mobility & Operations team, reporting to the Head of Mobility and Operations. The role is designed for a naturally curious problem‑solver who will dive deep into mobility data, frame business challenges and turn insights into strategies that grow the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively analyse mobility data to spot trends, define critical problems and uncover growth opportunities.
• Deep‑dive into the user journey, covering segmentation, conversion funnel optimisation, churn analysis and lifetime‑value modelling.
• Prioritise opportunities, collaborate with leadership to design experiments and execute initiatives that increase transaction volume.
• Partner with marketing and operations to design experiments, target untapped consumer pools and improve engagement.
• Monitor marketplace health, evaluating how pricing, incentives and market levers affect retention and driver supply.
• Act as the data‑analytics subject‑matter expert, providing consultation to other teams.

Required profile

• Solid analytical and critical‑thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, naturally curious and passionate about problem solving.
• At least 1–2 years of experience processing and analysing complex data sets.
• Proficient English communication and writing skills.
• Experience in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Excel for data analytics (essential).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, R or Python.
