Project Sales Officer – Ceramic Industry

About the role

The Project Sales Officer will focus on identifying and securing new ceramic project opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent site visits to assess project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within assigned regions.
• Source new project opportunities through regular customer site visits and assess project requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to successful project conversion.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams following the S&OP process to ensure timely, full delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects, providing regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project sales or construction materials industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a result‑oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
