Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Phnom Penh. The role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales to meet defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare accurate quotations.
• Maintain records in the sales system and track pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
• Participate in promotional activities and gather market feedback.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Support training initiatives for customers and junior team members.
• Report sales performance and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build lasting relationships.
• Proven sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
• Experience in sales management or coordinating sales activities, reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Ability to deliver training or product presentations clearly and engagingly.
• Basic proficiency with office software such as spreadsheets, presentation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and alignment with company values.
• Relevant experience in sales or customer‑facing roles; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
