About the role

Tech Seng is seeking a Sales Officer to promote and distribute its steel, ceramic and cement products across assigned territories in Cambodia. The role involves promoting Tech Seng’s product lines, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery. The Sales Officer will collaborate closely with the sales team and support the company’s commitment to sustainable construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote products to new and existing customers in the assigned territories.
  • Check and verify customers' credit terms and credit limits.
  • Prepare sales plans, reports, and related documents such as customer lists, product orientations, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Distribute and deliver products within the assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle complaints.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area.
