Product Manager – Pharma Industry (Urgent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. The role will support the sales team with strategic product promotion, counter competition, and ensure market success.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, pricing and positioning.
• Identify market opportunities, conduct research, define specifications, production timelines and launch plans.
• Develop and execute brand plans in collaboration with sales, advertising, and production teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product data for field forces and monitor competitor activities.
• Assist in creating the annual marketing plan, controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids.
• Liaise with advertising agencies for campaigns, journal ads, direct mail and conferences.
• Organise CME events, round‑table discussions and KOL development activities.
• Visit customers to gather feedback and represent the company.
• Prepare budgets for assigned brands and coach team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Advanced degree (Pharma/MBA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the chosen therapy area and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical, regulatory and commercial teams.
