Nutrition Advisor

About the role

The Nutrition Advisor is a key contributor to DKSH’s Consumer Goods and Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods business in Cambodia. The role drives growth of dedicated nutrition products and strengthens brand presence among health‑care professionals (HCPs) across the assigned territory. By building trusted relationships with HCPs, the advisor supports DKSH’s commercial success and product advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive short‑term and long‑term growth of nutrition products by increasing awareness and confidence among HCPs.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through a multichannel engagement strategy that builds HCP loyalty.
• Deliver product demonstrations that highlight key features and tangible benefits, enabling HCPs to recommend products confidently.
• Monitor daily sales performance against KPIs and sales plans, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify and develop new active outlets to expand market reach and improve product accessibility.
• Manage operating expenditures within allocated budgets and execute continuous improvement initiatives across sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support key customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical‑related field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy) is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in nutrition, advisory or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and practices is a plus.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence HCP decision‑making.
• Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.
• Clear and confident communication skills for presenting to diverse professional audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted, long‑term relationships.
