Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the planning, sourcing, negotiation and purchasing of goods and services for multiple business units. This position ensures cost efficiency, quality standards, timely delivery and compliance with company policies across diverse sectors such as furniture retail, manufacturing and chemical supply.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance and resolve disputes.
• Analyze market trends, drive cost‑saving initiatives and control procurement budgets.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and warehouse teams for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and import regulations.
• Coordinate logistics, monitor delivery schedules and manage international shipments.
• Prepare procurement reports and support cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing or materials procurement preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of costing, budgeting and market analysis.
• Knowledge of import procedures and supplier contracts is an advantage.
