Operations Executive – Customer & Brand Liaison

About the role

As an Operations Executive you will act as the bridge between customers and car brands on our fast‑growing digital marketplace. You will ensure leads are processed quickly, brand information stays current, and our social channels remain active and informative.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming customer leads and route them to the appropriate brand or dealer.
• Follow up with brands and partners when responses are delayed.
• Answer customer inquiries via Telegram, Facebook and phone.
• Guide customers to the right brand team before hand‑off.
• Track brand news, promotions and new vehicle launches on Facebook and other online channels.
• Upload and update car models, specifications, prices and promotions in the admin system.
• Create simple visual posts using basic Photoshop or Canva skills.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken Khmer and English communication skills.
• Comfortable using Facebook, Telegram and handling phone calls professionally.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate data.
• Interest in cars and the Cambodian automotive market.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; we will provide training.
