Medical Representative

About the role

Effectively promote and sell products to hospitals, clinics and doctors in assigned territories. Implement field‑force activities to generate demand and achieve sales targets. Deliver core KPIs such as call plan, product test, call reach and selling time.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned products to achieve sales targets.
• Implement field‑force driven activities to create demand.
• Study product and disease information to convey accurate messages to healthcare professionals.
• Apply product and disease knowledge and sales ACE in customer interactions.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly plans for line‑manager review.
• Monitor main competitors in the territory.
• Build relationships with customers to create business opportunities.
• Provide accurate product forecasting to the line manager.
• Attend product and disease knowledge training and pass required tests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, code of practices and guidance while in the field.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical company with good performance.
• Medical Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or related fields; pharmacy or doctor graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and competitors.
• Established relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors and pharmacies in Cambodia.
