Procurement Manager

About the role

Orchid Hospital is seeking a full‑time Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of medical supplies, equipment and services. Based on‑site in Stueng Mean Chey, the role supports uninterrupted patient care by ensuring the right products arrive at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for clinical and operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms to achieve cost‑effective agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to maintain continuous care.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative and finance teams to forecast demand, manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track supplier performance, uncover cost‑saving opportunities and implement best‑practice procurement processes.

Required profile

• Strong procurement, contract management and supplier evaluation expertise.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, optimise costs and support decision‑making.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare or hospital supply chains, including medical equipment and consumables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field; advanced procurement certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing management role, preferably within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, with proficiency in procurement and ERP software.
• Willingness to work on‑site, prioritize multiple tasks and uphold ethical, safety and quality standards.
