Media Production Specialist

About the role

The Media Production Specialist will create high‑quality photo, video, and multimedia assets that support the company’s marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, project launches, and corporate communications. You will work closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and delivers a consistent visual message.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photography and videography for projects, events, and campaigns.
• Produce promotional videos, reels, testimonials, and event highlight reels.
• Maintain media asset libraries and manage production equipment.
• Coordinate content requirements with Marketing and other internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving digital media trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in media production, videography, photography, or content creation.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of product design, promotional marketing material, and brand management.
• Understanding of segmentation, positioning, and best marketing practices in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt schedule based on business needs.
