Materials Management Specialist

About the role

The Materials Management Specialist supports the Church’s retail operations in Phnom Penh, ensuring that store inventory is well‑maintained and customers receive excellent service. This full‑time position combines inventory control, point‑of‑sale transactions, and store upkeep within a faith‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established store standards and program guidelines to manage daily operations.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain product knowledge to meet patron needs efficiently.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to satisfy customer demand.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to support patrons in making and keeping sacred covenants.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and orderly at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer.
• Proactive, able to work independently under pressure, and a good team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
