Marketing & Sales Manager – Skincare (Cambodia)

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead Luminar Care’s skincare and cosmetics portfolio in Cambodia, driving brand growth, market penetration, and revenue targets. This hands‑on leader will shape marketing strategy while directly managing the sales team to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase market share and brand equity.
• Analyse consumer insights, beauty trends, competitor activity and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand guidelines across digital, print, retail and event touchpoints.
• Plan, launch and evaluate new product introductions and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with product development, regulatory and supply‑chain teams for timely roll‑outs.
• Craft product messaging highlighting key ingredients such as PDRN, botanical extracts and sun protection.
• Oversee multi‑channel digital campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and local e‑commerce platforms.
• Manage influencer and KOL partnerships with beauty creators and dermatology experts.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) and optimise ad spend.
• Plan and control the annual marketing budget to maximise ROMI.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing marketing team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and track team performance against targets.
• Report monthly and quarterly results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years progressive marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role within FMCG, skincare or cosmetics.
• Deep knowledge of the Cambodian beauty market, retail and e‑commerce landscape.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve sales targets.
