Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will execute indoor and outdoor advertising initiatives in line with the marketing plan set by senior management. This role also ensures the quality of all marketing materials that promote PH projects and supports tenant marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support tenants by facilitating marketing materials such as flags, flyers, lampposts, stands and organizing events like soft openings, grand openings, seasonal promotions.
• Manage and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, search engines and display advertising.
• Measure, report and assess campaign performance against ROI and KPI targets.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify new opportunities to improve campaign results.
• Collaborate with creative, content and web development teams to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid social media campaigns.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of content management systems.

Required skills

• Execution of paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with video and picture editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Full understanding of major social media platforms.
