About the role
The Product Consultant drives brand visibility and consumer engagement for DKSH’s FMCG portfolio in Cambodia, creating direct business impact through product introductions and one‑on‑one interactions at the point of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce products to consumers and shoppers in line with brand messaging to create positive, memorable impressions.
- Generate product trials among target audiences to drive first‑time purchase and brand adoption.
- Build brand awareness and consumer loyalty through engaging, personalized communication.
- Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 9 educational attainment; no prior work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of the business, industry, and DKSH’s products and services.
- Understanding of marketing principles and ability to gather and apply consumer insights.
- Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is an advantage.
