Manufacturing Technician – Paint Operations

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join its paint production team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining automatic spray‑painting lines, ensuring product appearance meets customer specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automatic paint lines and independently adjust spray guns.
• Perform product appearance setup and adjustments according to customer requirements.
• Maintain and service spray‑painting equipment, including routine maintenance tasks.
• Work in the paint mixing room and spray booth while consistently using required PPE.
• Analyze abnormal issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and improvement actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spray painting, preferably with equipment maintenance background.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills and ability to work shift schedules.
• Basic Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
