Production Worker – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team at Sika Cambodia. The role involves handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prepare raw resources for processing, measuring and mixing raw materials according to specifications.
• Review work orders to determine material types and quantities for each batch.
• Set up, operate and maintain production machinery following company standards and protocols.
• Inspect and pack finished products, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of the processing area.
• Participate in dyeing, bleaching, pressing, stretching, or waterproofing processes as required.
• Load and unload products to and from delivery vehicles while ensuring safety.
• Report any issues with machinery, raw materials, or finished goods to the supervisor.
• Implement EHS compliance and adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduate.
• Ability to read and write Khmer; English proficiency is a plus.
