Managing Director - Business Enablement, Change Management & Project Management

About the role

Tapechart.com is a growing organization offering business enablement (BE), change management (CM) and project management services (PMS). It is looking for a full-time Managing Director based in Phnom Penh, in a hybrid arrangement combining in-office leadership with the option to work from home on certain tasks. The Managing Director oversees overall business operations and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute business strategy and supervise senior managers
• Align BE, CM and PMS services with client needs and company goals
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation
• Manage key client relationships and partnerships
• Lead organizational development and guide change management efforts
• Ensure strong project governance and foster a culture of high performance, ethics and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in business management, consulting or professional services, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and complex initiatives
• Background in business enablement, change management or project management services
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; professional certifications such as PMP or change management are an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Phnom Penh, with strong self-management, adaptability and digital collaboration skills

• Financial and commercial acumen: revenue growth, cost control, contract or proposal oversight
