Manager, Project Execution & Process Excellence

About the role

This role combines process documentation and improvement with project execution and program support. It covers mapping and simplifying end-to-end processes, driving their adoption, and supporting the Senior Manager, Program with planning, governance, risk and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Document processes and procedures (maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, checklists) after workshops with stakeholders, and propose improved flows for approval.
• Maintain a single, version-controlled library of approved processes and run communication, training and change-management activities to secure adoption.
• Track adoption and compliance, run regular reviews, escalate blockers and keep processes fit for purpose.
• Support project execution: maintain project plans, milestones and action logs, organize meetings and follow up on actions.
• Maintain the RAID log, support budget tracking, cost analysis, business cases and variance analysis, and prepare management reports.

Required profile

• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, PMO, process improvement, business operations or management consulting.
• At least 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role managing projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of documenting, rolling out and embedding processes with measurable adoption results.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Financial background (budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, cost control) is a strong plus; Big Four consulting, advisory or audit experience is also a plus.
