Manager, Enterprise Sales

About the role

The Manager, Enterprise Sales will lead growth initiatives within the enterprise segment, securing high‑value accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will act as a strategic partner to key decision‑makers, translating complex business challenges into successful sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Identify and prospect high‑value enterprise opportunities using proven win‑back strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline, qualify leads, and nurture them through the sales cycle.
• Document sales activities and client information meticulously for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide prompt, professional support to customers, addressing requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a strong plus.
• Proven sales success with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer and digital literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed, adaptable, and willing to travel.
