Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Sales Manager to identify and target high‑potential clients, generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities. You will build strong relationships with key accounts while leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop effective targeting strategies.
• Generate leads, convert them into sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Determine pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, performance analyses and market feedback.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching, mentorship and development for the team.
• Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts with key accounts to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
