About the role

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Lead and support the sales/front desk team to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, tourism, or hospitality.
• Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or tour operators is highly preferred.
