Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of KOL/KOC, influencer and user‑generated content (UGC) campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to align creator collaborations with brand objectives and drive measurable results across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end influencer and UGC campaigns, from creator sourcing to content delivery.
• Identify and select creators that match brand, audience, budget and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs, influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate rates and cooperation terms to keep campaign costs under control.
• Coordinate timelines, briefs, content approvals and deliverables.
• Monitor TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and F&B content trends.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, new users, orders and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously, solving operational issues independently.

Required profile

• Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, UGC, Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC Management or Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of the F&B / Food Delivery industry and consumer trends.
• Existing connections with KOLs/KOCs or creators are highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a focus on cost control.
• Excellent coordination and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines and work proactively.
